How long do engagements typically last?

Some clients work with me intensively during a specific transition (3-7 months), while others engage on retainer for ongoing counsel as sitting executives. Many continue with periodic touchpoints quarterly or as needed after achieving their initial goals. There are no rigid contracts—our partnership adapts to your evolving needs.
